  • The bank is not responsible for losses arising from delays, errors, or misinterpretation of electronic messages, transmission failures, or the actions of the receiving bank.
  • If the remitted funds are not credited to the beneficiary's account and are not returned by the receiving bank within the time limit prescribed by RBI, the sender's bank holds no liability.
  • All RTGS transactions are irrevocable. Stop payment instructions are not allowed for RTGS transactions.
  • The customer must ensure sufficient funds are available in their account for the RTGS transaction. The bank shall not be responsible for non-execution due to insufficient funds.
