What is Form 34?

Form 34 is an application for making an entry of an agreement of Hire-Purchase / Lease / Hypothecation subsequent to registration. It is used to add a bank's or financier's name to the Vehicle RC when a loan is taken on an already registered vehicle.

What documents are needed for Hypothecation Addition?

You typically need Form 34 (two copies), the Original RC, a copy of valid insurance, a copy of valid PUC, and the loan agreement documents from the Bank/Financier.
