4. Use of Vehicle Data (RC Data)
By submitting vehicle registration details ("RC Data"), you confirm that:
- You are the registered owner or have obtained the registered owner's consent to submit RC Data.
- You authorize AutoAOF to use RC Data solely for verification with official sources and for document generation.
- You take full responsibility for the accuracy and lawfulness of the RC Data submitted.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoAOF, its employees, and partners against any claims or disputes arising from misuse of RC Data.
5. Account & Access
Registered users may purchase credits for document generation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or suspicious activity.
6. Data Usage & Storage
API data is not stored permanently and may be cached temporarily (up to 48 hours). Generated documents may be retained to enable user downloads, support, or legal compliance.
7. Payments & Refunds
Purchases of credits or services are non-refundable. Please verify details before completing a transaction.

8. Third-Party APIs
AutoAOF integrates with trusted third-party APIs. We do not guarantee their accuracy, availability, or uptime, and are not responsible for errors caused by external providers.
