  • Fund transfer instructions must be initiated within the clearing timings specified by the respective branches or as updated on the bank's website (www.rblbank.com) from time to time.
  • Customers must ensure the accuracy of the beneficiary account number and IFSC code. The transfer will be processed solely based on the account number, and the bank shall not be liable for any consequences due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer.
  • Cash payments up to ₹49,999 are permissible using this facility, with mandatory photo ID proof for non-customers.
  • Customers must not disclose their account details, internet banking user ID and passwords, ATM/debit/credit card information, or mobile banking credentials to anyone. Beware of fraudulent schemes and false promises.
  • The bank does not accept liability for any losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer in the Fund Transfer Request Combined Form ('Instruction').
  • The customer's account shall be debited for applicable fees and charges related to RTGS/NEFT transactions.
  • By submitting the request, the customer authorizes RBL Bank to recover applicable charges by debiting the mentioned account.
  • As per RBI guidelines, electronic fund transfers will be executed strictly based on the beneficiary account number provided, and the bank shall not be responsible for mismatches in the beneficiary's name.
