Important Guidelines

  • The customer shall be responsible for the accuracy of the particulars provided in the payment order issued by them and shall be liable to compensate the Bank for any loss arising due to any error in the payment order.
  • The customer shall ensure the availability of sufficient funds in their account for the payment order. If the Bank executes the payment order without sufficient funds in the customer's account, the customer shall be bound to pay the amount debited along with any charges, including interest payable by the Bank.
  • The customer hereby authorizes the Bank to debit their account for any liability incurred due to the execution of any payment order issued by them.
  • The customer agrees that the payment order becomes irrevocable once the Bank executes it.
  • No payment order issued by the customer shall be binding on the Bank until the Bank has accepted it and issued the counterfoil of the payment order to the customer.
  • The Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to delays caused by system shutdowns, non-connectivity, batch processing, transmission errors, delivery failures, or any act beyond its control, including misinterpretation or actions by the destination bank.
  • The remitter must carefully check all payment instructions. As per RTGS rules, funds will be credited to the destination account number provided, even if the beneficiary's name does not match. The Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from such discrepancies.
  • Messages received after the cut-off time will be processed on the next working day.
  • If there is a banking holiday at the destination center on the day the credit notification is received at the Treasury Branch, the funds will be credited to the beneficiary's account on the next working day with the value date of the previous working day.

How to Fill UCO NEFT Form Online

  1. Select Bank & Date: From the Bank Name dropdown, choose UCO. Verify the Form Type is set to NEFT. Enter today's date and the Branch Name where you will submit the form.
  2. Fill Remitter Details: Enter your full name as it appears on your bank account, your Account Number, and your registered Mobile Number. Optionally enter the Cheque Number and Cheque Date if paying by cheque.
  3. Enter Transfer Amount: Type the amount you wish to transfer. NEFT has no minimum transfer limit and works for any amount. NEFT settles in batches every 30 minutes, 24x7.
